Our Business Continuity Plan & COVID-19 Update


UPDATE April 3, 2020

In an effort to meet the challenges presented by the global pandemic (Coronavirus or COVID-19), we are updating our firm’s contingency plans so we can continue to provide all current and future clients with the highest quality legal services they have come to expect from the Smith Law Center.

We are working diligently on your case, as well as all new cases that have been coming to us during these difficult times.

The current crisis is not affecting our ability to work for you and seek justice. We are busy assisting current and new clients. We are continuing to take new cases and in fact have added additional personnel to handle the increased volume of them. We are negotiating and settling cases every day. We are fighting for you.

Our staff is continuing to work and are meeting the current government social distancing guidelines. Some communications may be delayed, but rest assured, you and your case are important to us. However, we are working carefully to ensure prompt communication with all current and future clients.

We are able to conduct video conferencing, telephone conferencing, and in person meetings so long as it is safe to do so.

If you have been injured in the past few weeks during this trying time, we can still review your case, talk to you about it, and begin to work on helping you resolve your legal issues in a timely manner.
